When are the goods shipped and how long does it take to arrive?

The goods are shipped within the same day or the following day of the order, depending on the time of day when the order was placed. Once shipped, it takes 1-3 working days to arrive.

How can I track my parcel?

Once your goods have been shipped, you will get a confirmation from us and the shipping carrier, who will provide you with a tracking number.

What are the shipping costs?

How do I return the goods?

The garments do not meet your expectations, or you want to exchange them? No, problem, you can return them free of charge by filling out the return form. Find out more in Returns & Exchanges.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards: Visa, Master Card, Maestro and American Express. We also accept PayPal, Amazon Pay and Google Pay.

What materials are the garments made of?

We use only the best quality cotton, mostly Supima extra-long staple cotton. All our garment are made of 100% cotton, without any additions.

What makes Birton Kingsley a sustainable brand?

Is there a Birton Kingsley collection for women?

Our first collection was exclusively designed for males, although establishing a woman's collection is in plans. We hope to bring it to market soon.
